3-Step Cleaning System

Maintaining your mini whiteboards is essiential to keep your investment working at its best.

We created the 3-Step Cleaning Syetem to assist with this, offering multiple options for each step to suit your budget and time requirements.

Step 1: Erase

After each use, when the ink has dried, wipe away the ink using a whiteboard eraser (your choice of style)
This remove all or most of the ink residue ready for use again. All mini whiteboards will stain after repeated use and is more common if the ink was still wet.

Step 2: Clean

We recommend that you use a water-based whiteboard cleaner least once every two weeks to remove any residue build ups and to extend the life of the surface. This step removes the majority of the greyness seen on only erased mini whiteboards.

Step 3: Renovate & Condition

Occassionally there will be a need for a deeper clean to remove stubborn stains, permanent marker and ghosting. Magix is alcohol-based and should only be used by an adult. As Magix is alcohol-based the cleaning power evaporates and should be used in small areas at a time. You only need to use enough Magix to rewet the ink, this will allow you to use a water-based cleaner to remove the marks.

Once your mini whiteboards are clean you can condition the surfaces to better resist staining on your next use. To condition your boards, apply a light mist over the entire surface, allow the spary to dry for about 30seconds then with a soft clean cloth buff the whole surface.

Our goal was to produce a cleaner that would remove everyday dirt and minor staining without costing the earth.

We found that whiteboards perform their best when cleaned at least once every ten days (under normal use). While it is best to keep the surface clean after every use, there is no need for most people to use a whiteboard cleaner this regularly. If you need something stronger, you'll need the power of Magix.
