Are they durable? Do they last? And do they solve the daily frustrations you face in the classroom? We use our Research Schools Programme to gain valuable insights into the education sector. Schools can choose to be a partial or full member of the programme:
A partial member is a school that works with us remotely, answering questions and feeding back on products supplied.
A full member is a school where we have attended the school and worked with staff and pupils. If you choose to be a full member you will receive £400 of products for every visit. A visit is a half day onsite.
What does a visit look like?
We’ll arrange a visit from a DBS-checked Show-me representative who will tour the school and observe classes. Completely non-obtrusive, our representative will abide by the rules of your school as you go about your normal day. This visit typically takes up to four hours (depending on the size of your facility) with our representative attending a class from each year group for around 15 minutes. During this time there is no need to involve them in the lesson, however this is up to the school. We may talk to staff during the visit, this will be done to minimise disruption to the lessons.
Our Research Schools play a pivotal role in the development of new Show-me products and, as a thank you, we offer free gifts and educational resources as well as a £400 gift voucher for use on the Show-me website after your first visit.
